You’ll receive an email notification with a detailed bill once your package is ready for pickup. The email will show the items available, their individual costs, and the total amount due for pickup.
Storage fees begin 7 days after you receive your pickup notification/bill. Starting from the 8th day, a fee of $100 will be added per day until the package is picked up. Additionally, if the item isn’t collected within 30 days after its billed date it will be disposed of.
