Yes, you can. You can add the person who will be picking up the package as an authorized user on your dashboard. You can also call our customer service line and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Our shipping rates start at $600 per pound. Final pricing depends on the weight and the declared value of the item(s). You can get an estimated quote by using our online calculator on your dashboard or by contacting our customer service line.

All invoices should be uploaded on our dashboard. After logging in to your account, you’ll see the option to upload your invoice. You can also click the “Provide Invoice Now” button in the email you’ll receive once your package arrives at our warehouse.

We offer shipping three times per week via airfreight and 2-3 weeks after being delivered overseas for sea freight. Our company ensures timely and consistent deliveries to meet your needs. For specific shipping days or cutoff times, please contact our customer service line.

You’ll receive an email notification with a detailed bill once your package is ready for pickup. The email will show the items available, their individual costs, and the total amount due for pickup.

Storage fees begin 7 days after you receive your pickup notification/bill. Starting from the 8th day, a fee of $100 will be added per day until the package is picked up. Additionally, if the item isn’t collected within 30 days after its billed date it will be disposed of.
